Terms of Service
Last updated: August 3, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to your use of ArrowsGame at arrowsgame.cc. By loading and playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. There is no account to create, so there is nothing to cancel — closing the tab ends the arrangement completely.
2. What the service is
ArrowsGame is a free browser puzzle game. It is provided at no cost, without advertising, and without any registration. We do not sell anything, take payment, or offer a paid tier, so no purchase, subscription, or refund terms apply.
The game runs entirely in your browser. Your progress is stored on your own device rather than on our servers, which means we cannot recover, transfer, or restore it for you. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You may play the game, share links to it, and design and share your own boards freely, including for personal streaming or video content. In using the site you agree not to:
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the servers behind it;
• use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other players;
• redistribute the site's code or assets as your own product;
• use the Level Creator to encode content that is unlawful, harassing, or designed to mislead people
about what a link contains.
These are the only restrictions. Ordinary play, sharing, writing about the game, and referencing its mechanics need no permission from us.
4. Boards you create
The Level Creator encodes the board you design into the share link itself. Nothing is uploaded to us and we store no copy, so we do not claim any rights over boards you make — they remain entirely yours.
The practical consequence is that we also cannot moderate, edit, delete, or retrieve them. Once you publish a link, whoever holds it can open your board, and we have no mechanism to withdraw it on your behalf. Treat a share link the same way you would treat any other public URL.
5. Intellectual property
The site's source code, visual design, written content, the ArrowsGame name and logo, and the audio the game synthesises in your browser are ours, and are not licensed for reuse as part of another product or site without permission.
This does not restrict you from playing the game, linking to it, recording or streaming your play, describing how it works, or quoting reasonable extracts from these pages with attribution.
If you believe material on this site infringes a right you hold, please tell us through the Contact page with enough detail to identify it, and we will review and respond.
6. Third-party services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. No other third-party service is involved in delivering the game.
7. Availability and changes
The game is offered as-is and as-available. We do not promise any level of uptime, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site — including individual boards, modes, or the site as a whole — at any time and without notice.
Because your progress lives only in your browser, a change on our side will not usually affect it. Clearing your browser data, however, will erase it permanently and we hold no backup.
8. No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that any statistic or description published here is free of mistakes.
We do try to be accurate. If you find a figure or claim on this site that is wrong, reporting it through the Contact page is genuinely welcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including lost game progress, lost time, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of warranty or liability, so parts of sections 8 and 9 may not apply to you.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised. When they are, the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the updated version. Substantive changes will be stated plainly rather than folded quietly into a larger edit.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms, along with corrections, rights enquiries, and anything else, are welcome through the Contact page.
